Managing the salon is part of the game too, so there is a layer above the individual treatments — what to offer, who to take next, how to keep the room moving. That gives it more staying power than the pure treatment sets.

Clients vary enough that the same service sequence produces different work each time.

1. Take a client and check what they need.
2. Start with the bath, then trim and cut.
3. Add accessories to finish the look.
4. Manage the room and take the next client.

Trim nails before the haircut rather than after. A styled coat gets disturbed by the trimming stage, and doing it in the wrong order means going back over work you had already finished.
