The most useful message names the page you were on and says what happened — a game that shows a blank frame is a different problem from one that loads and then stops, and knowing which saves a round trip.
We read everything that arrives. We cannot fix a game itself, because the games are made by their developers rather than by us, but we can pull a broken listing from the catalogue and replace it, and that is usually what a report leads to.
