Twelve pictures and three settings — easy at twenty-five pieces, medium at forty-nine, hard at one hundred. That is the entire structure, and it is enough.
The gap between medium and hard is the interesting one. Forty-nine pieces can be solved by working outward from the border; one hundred usually cannot, and the board rewards sorting by colour before placing anything.
No timer, no score, no unlocks. The set is designed to be picked up and put down.

Tips & Tricks
At one hundred pieces the border strategy runs out early. Sort into three colour piles before placing anything and the hard mode takes about as long as medium did.
