Cat Life Simulator

Cat Life Simulator is less about one cat’s afternoon and more about a whole life. You start out exploring an open 3D world, and the long arc of the game is helping your cat grow up, find a partner and raise children who become stronger over time.

The day-to-day loop is built from several strands the description lists. You hunt different animals, pick up quests from both animals and people, collect food and cook it, and earn rewards for achievements. Skills can be upgraded, rare items can be found for the home, and there is a shop for furniture and other things to buy. You can also change how your cat looks, and the same goes for every member of its family.

That breadth makes it closer to a role-playing sandbox than a quick arcade game. It suits players who like setting their own goals, and anyone with a gamepad will be glad to hear that controllers and joysticks are supported.
