Hamster Island
Build a village for hamsters: farmland, cafes and restaurants, then invite more residents.

A settlement builder at a small scale. Farmland, cafes and restaurants all serve the residents rather than an abstract economy, so what you build is visibly what they use.
Inviting new residents is the progression, and it is gated by what the village can support — which gives the building order a logic beyond spending whatever you have. Some arrivals are dressed as other animals, which is the set’s running joke.
It is calm, has no failure state and rewards returning rather than sitting.

How to Play
- Build farmland first to support the village.
- Add cafes and restaurants as residents arrive.
- Collect what the buildings produce.
- Invite new residents once you can support them.
Tips & Tricks
Build production before amenities. A cafe with nothing to serve earns nothing, and the early village is easy to stall by building the fun things first.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get more residents?
By building enough for the village to support them — arrivals are gated by capacity rather than by money alone.
