Penguin Jigsaw

Six images with an unlock chain: finish the first to reach the second, and so on. Three difficulties are available on each once you get there.

Penguins against snow is a harder jigsaw subject than it looks. The black and white blocks are large and uniform, which means most pieces carry either a boundary or nothing at all — and the ones carrying nothing are effectively interchangeable until the board narrows.

No timer, and progress through the chain persists within the session.

Controls

Drag pieces into place with the mouse or a finger.

How to Play

  1. Start with the first image; the rest unlock in order.
  2. Choose a piece count.
  3. Place the boundary pieces first.
  4. Fill the flat white and black areas last.

Tips & Tricks

Separate the pieces that show a black-white boundary from the ones that do not. The boundary pile is the whole picture; the rest is filler you can place at the end almost at random.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I jump to a later image?

No — pictures unlock in sequence, so each finished board opens the next.
