Build and decorate a tank, look after the fish and treat them when they are unwell.
Decoration is the front half and veterinary care the back half, which is a broader remit than most aquarium sets take on.
The decorating side has genuine range — the tank you end up with reflects choices rather than a fixed upgrade path. The care side is simpler, but having a treatment stage at all means the inhabitants are something you look after rather than ornaments that happen to move.
Both halves run at your own pace with nothing gated behind a timer.

Tips & Tricks
Decorate before stocking. Rearranging a full tank is fiddlier than laying out an empty one, and the fish will not thank you for the disruption.
