A full tank clean: move the fish out, drain, scrub, refill, restock and decorate.
Most aquarium games skip the maintenance; this one is built entirely out of it. The fish come out first, the dirty water is drained, the glass and gravel are scrubbed, and only then does fresh water go back in.
Doing it in that order is not optional, and that is what makes the set worth playing. Draining before removing the inhabitants does not work, so the sequence teaches the actual logic of cleaning a tank rather than presenting it as a series of taps.
Decoration closes the session once everyone is back in the water.

Tips & Tricks
Do not start draining until the tank is empty of inhabitants — the game will refuse it, and hunting for the one fish you left behind is the most common stall in the set.
