The sequel adds a wardrobe: bathe a puppy or a cat, treat it when unwell, then dress it.
The follow-up keeps the bath-and-clinic structure of the first set and adds a third stage at the end. Two species are available rather than one, and each has its own reactions to the same tools.
The wardrobe is the real addition. It gives the session a visible result to keep, which the original lacked — you finished that one with a clean animal and nothing else to show.
Still short, still built for younger players, and still with nothing that can be failed.

Tips & Tricks
Choose the species you have not played yet on the second run. The tools are the same but the reactions are not, and the set is short enough that the difference is most of what it has to show.
